Meet Erin

Hi my name is Erin Hinze and I have been an OB nurse for over 18 years, a childbirth educator for 14 years, labor doula for 13 years and 4 years ago my passion became my reality and I became a Labor and Delivery Nurse. As a nurse and a childbirth educator, I love empowering women to their fullest ability. I have seen the benefits of a natural childbirth both to mother and child, but I have also seen where some mothers do truly need intervention. Birth is a NATURAL process that we, as women, are built to go through. If we are educated and prepared for birth, it is something we should not fear.

The smallest intervention is a waterfall effect. Women have a right to ask questions and be informed consumers, after all it is OUR body that doctors want to interfere with. All I ask, if you are a mother to be for the first time or one hundredth time, is become educated. Find out what is best for you, your partner and your unborn child.

I have had the honor to teach The Bradley Method® for 13 years, and I absolutely love what I do. The Bradley Method® classes follow an evidence-based approach to childbirth that supports a safe and healthy birth. We emphasize that the support person (usually the father) is a labor coach whom plays an important role in the pregnancy, labor and birth.

Looking forward to meeting you and helping guide you and your growing family through this amazing journey.

Erin
